purchases will be shipped out within 3

RETURNS:
If you are not fully satisfied with your
purchase simply return the item(s) in original
condition within 14 days of the date shipped
by Sparkle Gallery to receive a refund
or an exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Step 1: Email our customer service department
at returns@sparklegallery.com to obtain
a return authorization number (no exchange
or refund will be obtained without a return
authorization number).
Step 2: Package the return in a sturdy
box or padded envelope.
If we do not receive your return package as described above we reserve the
right to refuse your return. Sparkle Gallery cannot be responsible for return
items damaged or lost in the mail. To avoid this, please insure return packages
for the retail value of the jewelry.
Step 3: Mail the return package (along
with Return Authorization Number) to:
